Booking Your Appointment
Your journey to relaxation and relief begins with booking! Our primary treatment room is located within the Venture X building.
Studio hours are Monday – Wednesday and Friday – Saturday (9am – 2 pm). All appointments scheduled outside of these hours will incur a Special Request Fee. For your convenience, we also offer out-call/mobile massage services at your home, place of business, or another preferred location at an additional charge.
All services are provided by pre-scheduled appointment only, and we kindly request at least 24-48 hours’ notice for scheduling. Please understand that same-day appointments are generally unavailable unless you’ve been “waitlisted.”
For the quickest booking experience, please create your profile via our new booking platform where you have the convenience of independently viewing availability, scheduling, cancelling, paying for services, and more.
Groupon Clients
If you’ve purchased a Groupon voucher, please know that purchasing the voucher does not automatically book your session. To schedule your appointment, you’ll need to text your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and a barcode representation of your Groupon voucher (or the 8-digit redemption code). Please ensure you book sessions only from the “Groupon Category” options available to you. Your voucher will be redeemed after services have been rendered at the conclusion of your session, however the the aforementioned is required before proceeding with booking. Pleas know that we reserve the right to cancel if this policy is not adhered to.
The Willow Sage Massage Groupon campaign is no longer running. We want to ensure all clients who have purchased a voucher can still enjoy their session. Please schedule your appointment soon, as expired vouchers will require a small upcharge.
Confirmation & Intake Form
Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file. Please check your spam or junk folder if it has not populated in your main inbox. Effective July 1, 2025, all appointments will be auto-confirmed. Please refer to the Cancellation clause to avoid incurring no-show or late-cancellation fees.
For your safety and to ensure a tailored session, your intake form (health history and personal massage preferences) will be accessible via a secure hyperlink in your confirmation email which will direct you to your new profile. We kindly ask every client to be as honest and thorough as possible when completing this document for contraindications purposes. If a question doesn’t apply, please select or enter “other” or “N/A”. Please note: the intake form will not submit if all required fields are not answered. To maximize your hands-on session time, please complete your intake form prior to your appointment, as it is required before we can begin therapy.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Fees
We deeply value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. As a small business, reserved appointment times are exclusively for you, and cancellations significantly impact us. We encourage you to keep your appointments whenever possible.
Standard Sessions: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling a standard appointment.
Longer Sessions: For sessions lasting 2 hours or more, or for out-call services, 72 hours’ notice is required.
Corporate Events/Massage Parties: For group sessions, cancellations made more than fourteen (14) business days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
When you cancel or reschedule within these windows, you are preventing another client from receiving needed treatment.
We reserve the right to charge a fee ranging from 50% up to 100% of the service cost for late cancellations, no-shows, and session terminations due to inappropriate conduct, using the credit card(s) on file. Cancellations due to acute illnesses may be exempt from late fees on a case-by-case basis. If you accumulate two late cancellations, you will be charged the late fee, and future appointments may be discontinued. Groupon vouchers in breach of this cancellation policy may also be subject to forfeiture.
Arriving for Your Session
For the most accurate directions to our studio, we recommend typing “Willow Sage Massage” into Apple Maps. This will guide you directly to Venture X, situated between Club Pilates and Life Med. If you see Salon Centrics, you’re behind the building; please drive around until you see the aforementioned establishments. Once you arrive to the main entrance, take the elevators or stairs to the second floor, proceed straight through the Venture X lobby doors (Suite 202), and advise the receptionist of your session with WSM and you will be directed to your treatment room.
Please aim to arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled session. While we understand unforeseen circumstances like traffic, we kindly ask for your best effort to be punctual. If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at its originally scheduled time to honor our therapist’s schedule and other appointments, and the time missed will be deducted from your session. However, if your session begins late due to no fault of your own, you will still receive your full hands-on session time.
For physical security, our Venture X entrance doors automatically lock at 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and all day on weekends. If your appointment falls during these times, please text or call us upon your arrival so your therapist can personally let you into the building.
To ensure a focused session and due to an increase in COVID-19 cases, we do not permit additional guests to accompany clients during their service. Any additional guests may be asked to wait in the Venture X lobby or a nearby sitting area outside the studio. To prevent the spread of communicable disease, both the therapist and client reserve the right to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
During Your Session
Undressing: Your comfort, safety, and privacy are paramount. We encourage all clients to get undressed to their level of comfort.
Minors Policy: All minor clients (under 18) must be escorted by a parent or legal guardian for every appointment for safety purposes. We kindly ask parents and legal guardians to wait in the main lobby or sitting area during the session.
Draping Policy: Our massage therapists utilize professional draping techniques at all times to ensure your modesty. The chest/breast and abdomen will be draped for all clients. Breast massage (excluding pectoral muscle work) will only be administered by a therapist of the equivalent gender, with both your written and verbal consent before each session. Genitalia and the intergluteal cleft will remain fully draped throughout the entire session, without exception.
Enhancements: Should you opt for any specialized enhancements (e.g., CBD, Cupping, Hot Stone), you will be asked to review and sign a separate agreement outlining specific considerations and releases for that service.
Sexual Harassment (Zero Tolerance): Willow Sage Massage maintains a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment.If any inappropriate sexual language or behavior is initiated by the client, the therapist reserves the right to immediately end the session, with full payment due. Similarly, if such conduct is initiated by the therapist, you, the client, reserve the right to immediately end the session.
Communication & Post-Session
We kindly ask for your patience and grace regarding communication. Therapists are unable to respond to calls or texts while in session with other clients, as this interrupts the quality of their treatment. We strive to respond to all questions and requests within 24-72 hours. If we are unable to answer your call, our AI Reception will take your call and gather as much information as provided. For the quickest response with a live-person, please send a text to (470) 693-5169. This ensures our message is communicated efficiently without disturbance. We kindly ask all clients to refrain from excessive communication immediately after their session to respect other clients’ appointment times.
Willow Sage Massage reserves the right to deny or discontinue services to clients who do not adhere to our established policies, or whose conduct compromises the safety or integrity of our therapeutic environment. We believe in fostering a relationship built on clear communication and mutual respect.
