Bringing the healing depths of therapeutic bodywork directly to you requires mindful preparation and clear communication. Whether at your home, office, or a peaceful outdoor setting, these policies ensure that every mobile session receives the same dedicated focus and quality as a studio visit. 1. Mobile Kit: Your session is equipped based on the service tier purchased. To include enhancements outside of your tier (such as cupping, percussive therapy, or CBD), please specify these in your request so your therapist can arrive fully prepared.
2. Heating Enhancements: Warm compresses/neck wraps are studio-exclusive. A heating pad and/or hot towels may be accommodated upon request. Mobile hot stones will be available July 2026.
3. Space Requirements: For table sessions, please. provide a clear 10′ x 7′ area. This ensures there is enough room to safely set up the equipment and allow your therapist to move freely around the table to provide the best possible care.
4. Travel Requirements: Clients are responsible for any tolls or parking fees (garage, meter, or valet) required to access the location and ensure a timely arrival.
5. Mobile Travel Zones & Rates: To keep booking straightforward, travel fees are grouped into simple zones based on distance from the studio in Columbia, MD:
– Local Zone (1–10 Miles): A flat $30 travel fee.
– Mid-Range Zone (11–20 Miles): A flat $55 travel fee.
– Extended Zone (21+ Miles): Case-by-case calculation using WSM travel formula ($30 base fee + $1.50/mile, one-way).
6. Peak Hours: Appointments during rush hour (7–9AM or 4–6:30PM) incur a double base fee (+$60 total base).
7. Payment & Deposits: Mobile bookings are “Contact to Book” only. To finalize your appointment, the travel fee is required as a non-refundable deposit via Zelle to the business phone number. The remaining service balance is due via Zelle at the time of your appointment.
8. Corporate Contracts: A service agreement will be emailed to the address provided for review and signature at least two weeks prior to the event.
9. Cancellations: At least 72-hour notice is required for any mobile cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% up to 100% of the service price

In-Home (Out-Call)

This service meets you exactly where you are—whether that is your home, a hotel room, or a quiet retreat. This is a full-table setup designed to provide clinical relief and deep relaxation in your own environment. While some heating elements like warm towels are typically restricted to the studio, they can be accommodated upon request if an outlet is provided. It is the ultimate way to transition from a healing session directly into your own space of rest.

Chair Massage

Designed for versatility, chair massage can take place at your home, the office, or even a nearby park or lakeside. This service is performed fully clothed in a professional massage chair and is offered at a special mobile rate separate from table services. It’s an ideal solution for those seeking focused therapeutic work on the back, neck, and shoulders without the need for a full table setup. The minimum duration for a non-corporate chair session is 30 minutes of dedicated, restorative bodywork.

Celebrate connection and wellness with a mobile massage experience tailored for bridal showers, collaboration parties, or a “spa night at home” focused on healing and health. This service is best paired with a wellness package to maximize value while sharing the benefits of professional touch with your favorite people. While certain stationary heat enhancements are excluded, we can easily integrate hot towels into the experience if a power outlet is available at your chosen location.

Corporate Massage

Priced at an hourly rate plus travel fees with a two-hour minimum, this service provides 15-minute intervals of fully clothed bodywork with built-in buffers for sanitation. A single-therapist two-hour block can accommodate up to 6 employees, while a duo two-hour block can accommodate up to 12, This is a powerful way to boost morale and well-being, requiring only a signed liability waiver from each recipient before beginning their journey toward a more relaxed and focused workday.
